Seminar #1:
1:30-2:15 p.m.
Cooking With Beer Demonstration
Terradyne Country Club Executive Chef Randy Davis will prepare the
perfect fall dish "Six Ale Cheese Chowder with Garlic Croutons."
Chef Davis also prepares outstanding food nightly in the Palomino Grill
at Terradyne. Come early, seating is limited.
Seminar #2:
2:30-3:30 p.m.
Kansas Hits 1,000 beers
Self-proclaimed beer guru and purveyor of Rob's World of Beers at Goebel
Liquor, Rob Miller, will present the history of beer in Kansas and of
his foray into beer-making and registering Kansas' 1,000th beer. Tasting
included. Seating is limited.
